This month’s edition of our Sacred Supper will be offered in English, yesss 🙂
In almost two years, we have done it in english three times only, so it’s an unique opportunity to experience this intimate 5-course plant-based dinner where the first service opens with a cacao ceremony (sacred cacao from Brazil) followed by a nourishing culinary journey created to slow down, connect and awaken the senses.
You can find below the menu, blending ceremony and gastronomy, with meditation, singing, heart opening, and deep connection to yourself and to life 🙂
Ceremony | THE BEAN Ceremony guided by the team with a cup of sacred ceremonial cacao made from organic cacao beans from Brazil.
Appetizer | THE NIBS Mini Brazilian bread with cacao-nibs pesto and pickled cherry tomato.
Starter | THE BUTTER Citrus green salad topped with a cacao-butter vinaigrette.
Main Dish | THE PASTE Kelp noodles “cacio e pepe” style, lightly smoked, served with grilled Portobello slices with a deep red wine and cacao paste sauce.
Dessert | THE FEAST Raw “Cacao Feast” tart !! Pistachio-chocolate chai crust, white-chocolate cream, and homemade dark chocolate ganache.
